KARLSRUHE, Germany, 22 April 2009. Dr. Willmar Schwabe Pharmaceuticals today announced the acquisition of the privately held Dr. Peithner Holding GmbH, Vienna, Austria. With this acquisition, Schwabe will expand its presence in Austria and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

Dr. Willmar Schwabe Pharmaceuticals today announced the acquisition of the privately held Dr. Peithner Holding GmbH, Vienna, Austria. With this acquisition, Schwabe will expand its presence in Austria and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).
