Quality assured extraction
Using a sophisticated multi-stage extraction process, desired active principles are concentrated and undesired substances are eliminated or reduced in quantity. The solvents used are subsequently removed.

The solvent is removed by evaporation – a viscous extract evolves and is subsequently dried in a vacuum belt drier.

Gentle drying in a vacuum belt drier
This drying method is very gentle, since vacuum drying can be done at low temperatures between 40 – 50°C. The sensitive constituents are not exposed to high temperatures.
